- It is helpful to include your order number when shipping us your bat(s). Printing out and enclosing this order confirmation is ideal. If that isn't possible, a hand written note should suffice.
- We strongly suggest using a triangular or square shipping tube. If you must use a round shipping tube, make sure to insert wadded paper at both ends of the tube to prevent the bat(s) from moving during transit and use exceptionally strong packing tape to secure the tube's end cap.
- If you have included insurance with your order, keep in mind that the insurance only applies to our return shipment to you and not your shipment to us. You are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance for any package you're sending to us.
- USPS Priority Mail is a timely and cost efficient shipping option. If it is critical that we receive your bat(s) the next day, we suggest overnighting with Fed Ex.
- USPS Priority Mail does not use a true order tracking system. When we return ship your order, you'll be supplied with a Delivery Confirmation number via email. This number will allow you to access information about when the shipping label was created and when a delivery attempt was made, but not specific transit progress.
- Canadian Customers: We strongly suggest shipping by air to avoid any unforeseen customs charges. If you must ground ship, ship the package “free domicile” and not “prepaid” to ensure that all customs charges are billed to the sender. We will refuse delivery for any shipment with unpaid customs fees.
